Hello and welcome to the fifth chapter of the Metronomicon!

In this chapter we will be looking at a build that gives you the highest ability strength possible!

(Disclaimer: The Metronomicon DOES NOT RECOMMEND this build)

Mods used in order of of importance: (Mods used in this... "build"):

{Blind Rage} This mod increases ability damage by 99% and decreases ability efficiency by -55%.
This mod gives the highest ability strength of all mods!

{[Umbral Intensify]} This umbral mod increases ability strength by 44%.
If you are using all 3 umbral mods, then the ability strength is increased to 66%, higher than [Transient Fortitude].
(Only [Umbral Intensify] needs to be at max rank, [Umbral Vitality] and Umbral [Steel Fiber] can be at any rank)

{[Umbral Vitality]} This umbral mod at max rank increases your health by 440%. (240% at rank 5)
If you are using all 3 umbral mods, then [Umbral Vitality] at max rank gives 770% health. (420% at rank 5)

{Umbral [Steel Fiber]} This umbral mod at max rank increases armor by 110%. (60% at rank 5)

You know what? i don't want to waste time overexplaining this "build", it does not deserve it.
I will go over all the mods really fast, then explain at the end why this build sucks.

{[Primed Flow]} Because [Blind Rage].

{[Blind Rage]} Because [Primed Flow]. Because it adds Ability Strength.

{[Umbral Intensify]} Because it adds Ability Strength.

{[Umbral Vitality]} & {Umbral [Steel Fiber]} Because they empower [Umbral Intensify].

{[Transient Fortitude]} Because it adds Ability Strength.

{Augur Secrets} Because it adds Agility Strength.

{Energy Conversion} I forgot what it does.

Aura Mod:

{Growing Power} The only aura mod that increases Ability Strength.

Exilus Mod:

{Power Drift} The only exilus mod that increases Ability Strength.

Arcanes:

{Arcane Energize} Because haha Blind Rage makes energy go "woooosh".

Second arcane is optional,... yep.

Helminth

{Protea Dispensary} Because haha Blind Rage makes energy go "woouussh".
And Energy Conversion activates more often.

You know what i [Hate] about this build the most?

The fact that on paper this is the best [Octavia] build in the game. (I seriously want to vomit after saying it)
Why? well... it has the highest Ability Strength possible, and on paper that's technically all that matters.

But please, please, if your going to use this build, ATLEAST swap out [Umbral Vitality] and Umbral [Steel Fiber] for mods that add Ability Duration or Ability Range.
The additional 22% Ability Strength is not worth it.
And having your Mallet and Metronome under 15 seconds, and dispensary under 9 seconds, is goddamn ridiculous.
