This build is designed to abuse the fact that Scythe weapons get a guaranteed Slash proc on heavy attack. This build is extremely powerful and will kill almost anything in the game in a single swing (plus bleed). If you have a Riven, take out Primed Reach for it.

Increasing Bleed tick damage is tricky since it is unaffected by elemental or "slash-type" damage mods. The only way to increase this type of damage is by boosting raw damage and crit damage. The Hate will always yellow-crit with this setup, and occasionally orange-crit. With a powerful enough Riven, it is possible to make orange crits guaranteed which will increase bleed damage. I usually prefer to go with range + damage/Crit dmg (see video).
