This is the standard build for Amesha for Railjack.
How to use Amesha:
Activate 3 (Warding Grace), this will drain your energy but slow enemies and make you immune to status effects including getting knocked around.
Activate 4 (Vengeful Rush), this will restore energy when you take damage and is usually only used to get energy back when you are below 50%.
Activate 1, this will absorb any instance of damage, AOE or direct damage. This skill keeps you alive.
Activate 2, this will create a shield to redirect all damage to the smaller bubble in the middle. Damage taken by that bubble will heal anything inside it but you cannot shoot from out of it.
These two skills will allow you to survive everything other than one shots by missiles.
If your HP gets low, activate 2 (Benevolent Decoy). This skill creates 2 spheres. The big sphere redirects damage to the small sphere. The small sphere then takes that damage and coverts it into healing to heal you. You can fly back and forth through the small sphere to heal, or stay inside to heal. Don't sit there forever, as enemy missiles can bypass the protection and still kill you for some reasons. Even if you have 4 activated.
When you have 3 and 4 activated but want to protect yourself from missiles, activate 1 (Watchful Swarm).
Watchful Swarm will absorb any damage instance up to X times depending on how many are active (typically 16). This will prevent you from taking damage and work against 4 (Vengeful Rush) which requires damage to generate energy. Since your 3 (Warding Grace) is active at all times, you need to sometimes intentionally take damage or ram things to drop your watchful swarm, then quickly take more damage to generate energy, then you can reapply swarm.
Using all these skills perfectly will allow you to stay alive much longer in railjack, but understand that forgetting to activate any one of these skills can mean dying instantly in higher level missions.
Typical skill usage pattern:
- Activate 1 on exiting anything to prevent instant KO from any source of damage.
- Find an asteroid and ram it to remove your charges, or engage enemies until your damage absorption stacks are used up. Then activate 4 and get your energy back by taking damage. You can ram asteroids to get it back.
- Activate 1 once you have enough energy.
- Toggle 3 once you engage enemies. Toggle when not dogfighting.
- Activate 2 whenever you need to heal up, stay still inside the circle and deactivate 3 if its up so enemies can turn around and fire on you. You can keep 1 up so you dont die to crewships or missiles.
If you are exiting anything, like a base or platform or your RJ, activate 1 immediately so you dont die while loading into your archwing. You can then fly to the nearest asteroid and ram it to remove your charges then activate 4 and get full energy by ramming the asteroid.
Tip: If you have little energy because you just started, activate 4 and then ram something like asteroids or other ships to get your energy to max.
