Focusing on her 1 and 4. The 4 replenishes her 1.
Note, I'm using [Handspring] instead of [Sure Footed] or something because of her passive. She releases an AOE blast whenever she falls down. So instead of resisting knockdown, focus on recovering quickly. [Constitution] also helps this.

(Old) Her 2 is replaced with Elemental Ward. Use 'Ice'. It'll increase survivability and slow down nearby enemies even more.

(New) I replaced [Rage] with a small [Narrow Minded]. Normally I don't like corrupted mods, but the range loss doesn't hurt much since her 4 is duration based. Alternatives to Elemantal Ward are Gloom (make her a STOP-va instead of SLOW-va), which likes high duration high strength, as well as Pillage, Shooting Gallery, Eclipse, Ensnare, Banish (for SP rescue or Sortie/Arbi defense builds), [Firewalker], Resonator, and anything else that loves duration.
