[Dex Pixia]'s abysmal crit chance and average crit damage multipliers make crit builds and mods sub par.

Innately high slash makes for a great slash proc build.
[Carnis Stinger] is used to adjust the status proc priority, allowing slash to have the highest proc priority followed by viral. Since [Dex Pixia] has a high rate of fire and good status chance, you'll hit 10x viral status proc cap very quickly.
[Scorch] is not mandetory but helps with crowd control, defense reduction against armored units as well as additional source of DoT.

Used in conjuction with Arcane Velocity to achieve insane amounts of slash procs at a moments notice.
