A full AOE room clearance build for missions and SO/ESO.
This build relies primarily on the use of [Volt]'s 4th skill: Discharge.

While discharge doesn't do a lot of damage for each hit, it has the ability to chain to another target within range. This is where [Volt] shines in terms of map dps coverage.

By increasing [Volt]'s range, you allow Discharge to chain back and forth between multiple targets, with each chain dealing another hit of discharge damage.

In maps where the enemy density is high, the Discharge chains will cause enemies to take many Hits per second melting them in seconds.

Since discharge relies on it's ability to chain targets for dmg, Discharge is not very effective in low enemy density maps.

Additional mods you can consider:

• [Capacitance] : Gives [Volt] and his teams more survivability through constant overshields from Discharge. Replacement Recommendation: Augur Message
• [Corrosive Projection] : An aura mod that lowers armor values. Discharge is not as effective against armored units such as grineer and corrupted. Thus lowering the armor ratings of these units helps a lot towards dps. Forma Required to change polarity of Aura
