Not much strength needed here. High duration and efficiency allows for longer and more frequent invuln periods & cloud walker escapes. The twin will die a little faster, but you can recast it just fine.

Helminth: Replace 4, replace Augur Message & use R3 Streamline if you want to use an Augment.

• Seeking Shuriken will strip armor of a few enemies in ~20m for ~20s.
• Mind Control can take over useful enemy units like Ancient Healers.
• Dispensary improves both efficiency and health. Health Conversion over Augur Message (requires a forma).
• For Arbitrations, Pillage strips all armor and gives shields for more survivability. Umbral Intensify -> Adaptation, Umbral Vitality -> [Vitality].
