Steel Path Icy Hug build, 99.6% armour strip + Ensnare/Larva.

Ever wanted to watch your enemies give each other one last group hug before they explode? Then this build is for you!

(Sorry for the poor footage - DE blocks Nintenno from recording video)

This build synergizes very well with distant Observer's Stropha build.

249% power gives you 99.6% armour strip, which allows you to keep Corrosive as your primary damage type against Grineer, who are basically the only faction that matter in the end game.

You get two CC abilities with this build, Avalanche and Ensnare, basically locking down any enemy that dares approach your bubble.

Ensnare can be swapped out for Larva if you prefer, though the 40m+ cast range on Ensnare can come in pretty handy. Give both a try and see which you prefer! If you're spamming Avalanche, Ensnare is definitely the way to go, but if you only cast it once enemies are already grouped up, Larva isn't a bad option.

Your basic setup is going to be placing a bubble wherever you're going to camp, and then casting Ensnare (or larva) to get your enemies into the mood for a nice group hug. After you've cast Ensnare, cool them off with Avalanche to kill the mood! Alternatively, Avalanche can be cast first, and Ensnare will still pull in frozen enemies! The tradeoff is just less time with armour strip - not that you'll need it - and enemies too far away will stop walking, what with being frozen.

Both arcanes are flex slots, as you'll be running Zenurik for heavy attack efficiency if you're running that [Stropha] build, so you can rely on Energizing Dash for energy. Arcane Strike and Fury are a pretty good combo if you want a touch more damage, and Arcane Guardian/Tanker's bonus armour counts towards the health of Snow Globe.

For weapons, bring a [Miter] if you're up against Corrupted or Corpus to deal with those pesky nullifiers, and bring a [Kuva Nukor] for spreading procs to ramp up CO's damage even more. [Catchmoon] can also work, as enemies will be grouped up, in case you don't have a [Kuva Nukor] for some reason.

For companions, I like either a Smeeta for extra Steel Essence, or a [Panzer Vulpaphyla] for extra [Condition Overload] damage. [Helios] with a gladiator set is also a viable option, though keep in mind that he dies pretty quick if you end up in a situation where your bubble has popped and you're out of energy.

For your Snow Globe, remember that you can stack the health up to 1,000,000, and that it has 4s of invulnerability upon cast, and adds enemy damage to its health pool, much like [Rhino]'s Iron Skin. Snow Globe is also a great panic button, as it gives you that 4s of invincibility + pushes out and freezes enemies.

If you like extra cheese on your snow cones, stacking Viral on enemies before casting Snow Globe will one-shot them if they hit a wall or other obstacle, and even the floor counts at times. Viral removes half their health pool at 10 stacks, and Snow Globe does 50% true damage to health.

[Adaptation] can be swapped out for [Rolling Guard], which'll give you status clear, 3s of invincibility, and enough time to switch to operator for Energizing Dash, build up a bit of energy, roll again, and cast Snow Globe.

I've tested this build in Survival, Exterminate, Defense, Mobile Defense, and I forget what else. In Disruption, both Avalanche and Ensnare will CC the Demolysts, but their nullifier wave every 5s destroys your bubble, so best bring [Bronco Prime] with its augment and don't plan on doing endless.

Hope you all enjoy this build! It's a lot of fun, and hey, you aren't [Limbo]!
