This was my old go-to build for solo ESO runs, you can put any mod you like but I prefer this setup.

if you do have Arcanes, by all means use it to your advantage.

There's a similar build for this but I used an Aura Forma (this is my current setup), as it will be flexible enough to slot in any Aura mods I like depending on the situation.

mods used:

Aura: 5/5 Steel Charge

3/3 Handspring
10/10 Vitality
10/10 Adaptation
10/10 Blind Rage
10./10 Transient Fortitude
4/5 Overextended
3/3 Rage

as for the Arcanes for this altered setup, I used 2
1) Arcane Guardian
2) Arcane Strike/ Arcane Energize

[Saryn] runs fine without Arcanes but it is a 'nice to have' bonus in it.

for the last mod, you can insert any mod you want. I picked 5/5 Gladiatior Resolve so I can utilize the additional melee crit per combo multiplier in my Melee weapon.
