My [Nidus] build for Endo farm Sedna Arena vodyanoi.

The thing you should focus on is max range and reasonable low duration to spam Larva that pull enemy into [Khora] cage. (if you feel hard when there's reduced duration modifier, run this with normal [Continuity])

[Rage], [Equilibrium] is for maintaining energy to spam Larva

[Thief's Wit] to help you don miss any endo that appear nicely on your radar

Aura is preference, [Corrosive Projection] help on high armor enemy on steel path

Since [Nidus] dont have any shield gating (which make him very fragile on steel path), so I use [Rolling Guard] for emergency moment and to shake off any harmful status effect (especially fire status)

If you play [Nidus] on steel path, you should never be the one to kill thing, your focus is keep Larva all the time and be alive because the speed of the run depend on how fast you can pull the enemy. Urainu focus void shadow node would make your life a bit easy when playing [Nidus] on steel path.
Any kind of quick health regen would help. Daikyu with amalgam daikyu target acquired pair nikana will help you regain hp very quickly. Magus elevate/repair is also a quick way to restore hp
