The Felarx invokes ancient times when aristocrats hunted game. For ceremonies, Orokin elites bred creatures reminiscent of game birds to reanimate cultural myths. They gave the Zariman crew Felarx and a brace of birds as a sign of acceptance into elite society. The brace of birds becomes a pair of pistols at the hands of the Void.

best in slot weapon for killing liches and sisters. it will 100 to 0 a rank 5 lich or sister without needing to reload. if you miss your headshots swap to your secondary and back, you will at minimum have half your [Mag] back, and that should be enough to finish your lich or sister off.
note that this will work on any frame, that means no more [Banshee] :) because she is incredibly frail. you dont even need to swap your element out, its just that good.
evos are, frictionless flight (honestly this doesnt really matter, you are going to be up in your liches face, though if you have issues hitting heads go for kinetic baffle), evolved autoloader (fractalized reset is a compromise that loses you damage), wracking wrath (reduced crit damage increases your chance of proccing devastating attrition), and of course devastating attrition (i shouldnt have to explain why this is the best choice).
