Cast [Shattered Storm] and spam vitrify. As long as you keep it up, there is no limit to how high your damage can go, and all you have to do is make contact with enemies.

[Rolling Guard] and Defy for temporary invincibility and crowd control.

Make sure you have a high damage melee weapon, preferably something with a high riven disposition.
