You can always change [Fleeting Expertise] for [Primed Flow].

Also, you can always change [Stretch] for more strength, but I like how fast daggers spread.

Serene Storm doesn't improve the combo counter but it can benefit from it. All you have to do is to put all of your combo duration mods on your melee weapon and use a ground slam attack of DW.
