So for this newest edition of the completely unnecessary build I decide to go for a more obtainable approach to the build without sacrificing it's main features.

Some of the major changes made are that of [Controlled Slide] for [Power Drift], [Umbral Fiber] for [Augur Secrets], [Fleeting Expertise] for [Flow], and lastly the two arcanes have been swapped for pistol arcanes for synergizing with my absurd vermsplicer build.

This build will still keep you alive though so long that you aren't smited by god himself. Even though [Umbral Fiber] isn't on to give that sweet 70% damage reduction if you find yourself dying at all just make a second build where [Augur Secrets] is swapped for [Adaptation] and if you die with that then you deserve a medal. Or just be better at the game idk.

The idea behind the build is simply pop your 3rd in a big group of enemies then pop your 4th for a nice 42 second damage increase (but more importantly since we like energy, that 4.4X increase is insanity), then just throw your giant frisbee (your 2nd) at things and watch them die, pick up the guaranteed health orbs for energy from [Equilibrium]. Oh and if you for whatever reason find yourself a little slow or just afflicted by a status you don't like just pop your second for status cleansing and a nice 60 second 25% speed boost.
