ESO Nuke

This my ESO nuke [Volt], hopefully with a [Trinity] in the group to supply energy, if one isnt around swap [Constitution] with [Streamline] & Transient with [Augur Secrets](you will need wellspring from zenruik if you have no [Trinity], even with the adjustments. energize is not required.)
*Note: you can subsume dispensary instead of a power buff, as well as use [Archon Stretch] for additional energy sources.

If no umbral forma swap [Constitution] with rank 4 [Augur Message]

Options for a subsumed ability would be fireblast or another choice of large aoe armor strip, roar, or just simply empower for extra 50% strength.(roar would be strongest buff if you dont have one in the squad)
