I want to keep the radiation damage, so i use [Primed Heated Charge] for the highest pistol elemental damage and [Jolt] for the added status chance.

80% status chance is great enough.

The exilus doesn't really matter, so don't put any forma there. You can put all 5 formas on the main mod slots and still have enough room for any exilus, even the [Primed Pistol Ammo Mutation].
