The average multipliers from Melee Duplicate is maximised at 142% CC, which can be hit by rank 6 [Blood Rush] + [Gladiator Might] + Puncture status.
If you don't have extra copies of [Blood Rush] or endo to spare, just keep it at Rank 10 [Blood Rush] which makes you lose about 10% average total DPS compared to rank 6.
