[Loki] loves duration and doesn't really care about range, pillage is the same way, so the two are a match made in heaven.

The "radius" of pillage is a lie, it works like [Nova]'s molecular prime, in that the distance that it covers scales with the amount of time the ability is active. With the amount of duration here, if you're on an open world tile, you'll be armor stripping out to the horizon.

[Safeguard Switch] is like a better version of [Rolling Guard], in that it doesn't have a cooldown, and you can can also use it to give other things periods of invulnerability, like defense targets that aren't cryo pods or the funny man in the archon [Hunt].

Why not switch out decoy? Simple. It's still useful as a tool in spy missions. Switch teleporting through laser grids go brr. Yeah sure you could just bring [Ivara] but then you'd be missing out on big [Loki] gaming.
