Gara Shattered Lash Slashstick

Use Mk-1 [Bo] Incarnon (has highest evolution values) with Stalwart Oak (+90 dmg), Swordsman's Celerity (+20% movement speed), Absolute Dominion (+38% status chance).
The important thing is the +status chance. Alternatives include [Ceramic Dagger] and [Dual Ichor] Incarnon.

We simply slot all +damage and +status chance mods.
+slash does not affect slash procs. crit mods do not affect it since it has 0cc, and we are using flat crit sources (avenger and [Tenacious Bond]).
