MANDATORY MODS
Arc Coil - zaps 7 enemies in 10m with electric damage/status, which can carry other elements via Manifold Bond. Seems to have little or no cooldown.
Guardian - completely refills shields which auto refreshes your shield gate. Manifold bond can reduce this cooldown.
Manifold bond - allows [Arc Coil] to also apply any statuses from the weapon (e.g. viral + heat from [Verglas] equipped), giving AOE viral and [Condition Overload] priming. Additionally, killing enemies afflicted by 3 statuses or more reduce cooldown of guardian by 5s, meaning after just 6 kills, Guardian is ready to refresh shield gate.
Synth Deconstruct - enemies tagged by the 10m AOE of Arc Coil can drop health orbs, which can be converted to energy by equilibrium
Vacuum - self explanatory
Primed Regen - reduces recovery time
Momentous Bond - reduces recovery time with each eximus kill, basically a guaranteed revive every 2 eximus kills. Also adds additional statuses to arc coil after eximus kills.
FLEXIBLE/OPTIONAL MODS
Electro Pulse - zaps 1 enemy in 15m, but also appears to activate Melee Influence (?bug). This is FLEXIBLE.
Tenacious Bond - OPTIONAL but requires vulklok, vulcax or prime laser rifle with riven, gives flat 1.2x crit multiplier.
Contagious Bond - enemies killed by verglas will spread all status effects on that enemy
Momentous Bond - Killing eximus grants a random element, which can be subsequently spread by [Arc Coil] + manifold and [Contagious Bond]. Additionally, whenever your sentinel dies, killing an eximus reduces recovery time.
[Seismic Bond] is used because a SURPRISING amount of abilities satisfy the condition to activate a free 30% efficiency, which shares a list with Arcane Intention: https://warframe.fandom.com/wiki/Arcane_Intention
Duplex Bond - every 100 energy spawns a clone, kills by clone can drop energy orbs and clones also contribute to priming
Mystic Bond - OPTIONAL can give nearly constant free casts with [Diriga] + [Arc Coil] but then prevents shield gating that relies on [Brief Respite] etc.
