(This is 100% base + 99% [Blind Rage] + 77% Full Set [Umbral Intensify] + 55% [Transient Fortitude] + 24% [Augur Secrets] + 15% [Amar's Hatred] + 15% [Power Drift])

Now using Overframe's "Apply Conditionals" we get to 520% (which is a number that confuses me but oh well).
Let's add this up ourselves: just what we see here we can get our base 385% + 60% Molt Augmented + 50% [Energy Conversion] + 45% Molt [Vigor] + 25% [Growing Power] = 565% Ability Strength

Already we're jumping through a few hoops to get to this number but this is already getting ridiculous compared to any build you're actually likely to see. But we can and MUST go further.

Using a Kitgun with Pax Bolt: +30% =595%
Plus Empower: +50% =645%
Plus [Power Drain]: +50% =695%
+3 Teammates using [Growing Power]: +75% =770%
Plus 5 Tauforged Crimson Archon Shards: +75% =845%
Plus Invigoration: +200% =1045% Ability Strength

Now this is the right size of number, allowing completely ridiculous feats if requiring a significant amount of setup (kills to charge aug, energy orb, op ability to charge [Vigor], apply status, headshot w kitgun, insane grind for shards, invig luck, etc.)

But we can go even further beyond...

Popping a relic and getting the double strength buff should leave us with 2090% Ability Strength.

After this point, the scientific method has ceased to function and only raw experimentation is likely to see real results, but allegedly being buffed by two [Peaceful Provocation] [Equinox] and one incredibly strong Parasitic Link [Nidus] can heap on another +160% (= 2250%) and x5.8 (yes MULTIPLIED BY) = 13,050% Ability Strength
This is completely beyond the realm of science and if performed should be recorded.

Other multipliers not covered here but which could improve the final strength achieved are Madurai's Sling Strength (+40%) and Zenurik's Hardened Wellspring (+20%), as well as being [Protea] (+100% every 4th cast) or [Ember] (+5% per enemy on fire), or Arbitration bonuses (+300%) or Duviri Decrees.
