The entire point of this build is to get an ungodly amount of strength for [Wisp]'s motes since those don't seem to have a practical scaling cap.

casting steps are as follows stack Arcane Power Ramp to max (4x) -> Empower -> proc Molt Vigor -> find an energy orb for Energy Conversion -> find an enemy for Power Drain -> Apply a status effect for Growing power -> Drop your Reservoir -> profit

even without the steps not working on Overframe's calculator you should see around 1.2k HP and 120+ HP/s, 80%+ speed buffs and 120%+ fire-rate buff. The mote of course lasts until your either re-cast your 1 enough to start resetting motes, or a nullifier walks over them.

Not shown in the build, as many crimson archon shards, tauforged preferably, set to ability strength as you can get your hands on (potentially +75% strength) . Parazon mods like Power Drain are also a good pick.

If you are not worried about the inconvenience of repeating the empower+Energy Conversion+Growing Power+mote strength chain you can drop Fused Reservoir for Power Drift

The Arcanes are completely up to personal choice, I picked the ones I did in service to maximum power strength. You can, and in my personal opinion should, add a kitgun with Pax Bolt to get that extra 30% because at this point why not go all in.
