The best option for [Atlas] statstick are the following in order:
1. [Magistar] Incarnon (regular [Magistar]) with Critical Parallel Perk AND Magus Aggress, boosts base CC to 21%, base CD to 3 with final CC of 183% but final CD of 16.5.
3. [Sibear] with Absolute Valor AND Magus Aggress, boosts base CC to 30%CC for final CC of 261% and final CD of 11
4. [Ceramic Dagger] Incarnon AND Arcane [Fury] with Absolute Valor perk gives +30% CC to base landslide CC, or 35% initial CC, with 305% final CC meaning guaranteed red crits
5. Kuva Shildeg/[Tenet Exec] with 60% toxin or electric progenitor + Magus Aggress AND Arcane Avenger for final CC of 50%, final CD of 11
6. ALL other melee incarnons that provide +critical chance (eg [Skana] etc)
7. ALL other HAMMERS and HEAVY BLADES that can use Magus Aggress, with [Scindo] running the Manticore Skin as the best (gives tiny 15% additive dmg bonus).
7. [Tenet Agendus] with 60% toxin or electric progenitor
8. ANY other melee with high riven disposition

VARIANTS

If using armor strip against Grineer/Corrupted: Swap [Shocking Touch] for [North Wind] to make Viral which has highest boost against cloned flesh
If fighting Corpus: Swap [Shocking Touch] for [Virulent Scourge] to make pure toxin which bypasses shield
If fighting Murmur: Swap [Primed Fever Strike] for [Molten Impact] to make radiation which is most effective against Indifferent Facade health type

Riven:
Desired stats: melee dmg, crit dmg, crit chance, elemental damage/impact

Replace spoiled strike if roll melee dmg
Replace Sac Steel if roll CC but no melee dmg
Replace both sac steel and spoiled strike with cc/dmg riven and use [Primed Heavy Trauma].
