[Primed Animal Instinct] is for the loot radar utility. [Link Vitality] and [Primed Pack Leader] for some basic durability in SP. [Primed Pack Leader] is also here to heal back to full health after Tek Assault. Bite is here for Tenacious Bond, to provide bonus critical dmage for your own weapons. Fetch is a quality-of-life mod; obtain it asap. [Tandem Bond] improves your melee attacks, which synergize very well with [Primed Pack Leader] and [Bite]. [Tek Assault] provides your Kavat with a 60% chance to avoid death, and [Tek Enhance] is here for buffing [Charm]'s duration. I do not equip Mischief because it challenges procs for Charm. Also, Mischief is useless since the clone dies on higher-level SP quickly, and if the clones die, then the invisibility is broken as well. [Tandem Bond] is flexible for other mods you enjoy, I suggest [Seismic Bond] if you use a channeling ability such as Gloom or [Exalted Blade], etc.

P.S. You can reduce this build cost to 5 forma, by using either [Sharpened Claws], [Synth Deconstruct], [Synth Fiber], or R3 [Pack Leader] instead of a [Primed Pack Leader]. [Synth Deconstruct] is better for Arcane Blessing tank builds; [Synth Fiber] is better for [Equilibrium] since you can absorb health orbs without getting health damaged; and [Sharpened Claws] is better if you lack either Slash's Bleed or a 100% armor strip ability. For the armor strip, Vicious Bond can be considered too. I actually used 10-Forma because this is my first pet ever.
