This is my universal build for my main, Oberon Prime Warframe.

• Aura forma: so you can change the aura mod what ever mission you play.
  -- Growing Power: an universal default aura mod here.
  -- Enemy Radar: best one for Defense, Interception and Disruption missions.
  -- Loot Detector: best one for Syndicate missions to found hidden medals.
  -- Use specific weapon buffer aura mods against bosses!
• Arcane Grace: an universal default arcane here, but change this one if you want.
  -- Arcane Nullifier: better against Eidolons or heavy Corpus presence like Orb Vallis.
  -- Arcane Healing: if the Sortie missin has Radiation hazard, best to tech it!
• Rolling Guard: Why rolling guard you may ask, well for me it is mandatory!
  -- It removes all harmful status effects when you are unable to use Ability 2.
  -- You become invulnerable for a short time, so you can gain back health with your Ability 3!
  -- It makes you over all more durable! so use it well! not mindlessly!
• Why Augur Secrets instead of Blind Rage?
  -- With Oberon, you don't need that much power Strength because Oberon's abilities are too weak to use them as weapon!
  -- First ability is to knock down enemies not killing them.
  -- Second ability is to make status effects gone.
  -- Third ability is to heal your self and allies.
  -- The Forth ability is not that useful, but you can blind and disrupt enemies with it.
  -- So conclusion, you can use any Naramon mods you wish instead of [Augur Secrets].
