So what we've got here is a basic [Protea] Gloom build designed to do three things.

First: get above 272% power strength, for 95% Gloom slow. This is accomplished by building to 168% innate, using [Growing Power], then using three abilities before activating Gloom for the 100% bonus.

Second: Survive while doing so. Hence, Rolling Guard, Augur mods, and Equilibrium. (Take Synth Fiber on a companion, trust me.) Her 1 provides amazing shield gate with hold-to-cast so use that often.

Third: Kill EVERYTHING in Gloom radius. This is done with a bit of range, a LOT of duration (hence arcanes), and using our 1 and 2 as spam destruction. Seriously, with [Archon Vitality] her 1 and 2 deal STUPID damage.
