Switch-Hitter Nova.
Using Power donation to grant a negative strength and Energy conversation to get a positive strength. This allows you to go from a slow-va (-50% speed) to a Neutral-va (0% speed change).
Neutron Star allows you to refresh Null Star if you have Energy Conversion active, but don't want to slow-va
EDIT AND UPDATE: I have not switched out Wormhole for Empower. This allows for more flexibility for speed, neutral or slow [Nova].
