This is my slowva build, no forma needed. It's of course not the best but it works perfectly fine.

You can of course swap out Primed Continuity for Continuity. No more strength is needed as novas slow maxes out at 75% at 145% pwr str. The duration/range is solid enough to cover most of the area you're gonna need it to so it's overall a decent build.

I know I could include Molecular Fission but I am mainly only using this build for long endurance runs where a [Wisp] will be present. if you do want to add it I recommend replacing Streamline with it.
