My personal [Frost Prime] build for general use. [Frost] has been my main and favorite frame since I started playing Warframe in 2015. Therefore, this build is completely excessive and exists solely to make my icy boi as spoiled as possible.

The 3 umbral forma aren't necessary, but having at least 2 of the umbral mods for the set bonus is nice if you can find a way to work them in.

[Archon Flow] helps with energy [Regen] at lower levels, but isn't of much use once you're past the star chart.

I also use 5 red shards, all in +Duration. You could also add them in +Strength if you're not using the umbral set, as long as you have at least 167% power strength for 100% armor strip on Avalanche.

I subsumed Elemental Ward (Cold) over Ice Wave for increased survivability, stronger globes, and because the cold ability fits the theme better than other abilities. Abilities like Gloom, Roar, etc. could work here just as well.
