Behold! my personal ESO [Harrow] build!

This variant heavily relies on power strength instead of range and sometimes i swap out overextend for "[Augur Reach]" or drop "[Archon Vitality]" for "[Augur Reach]" depends on if i want more range or more damage.

Keep in mind if you go for less range and more power you have to be more active, using a pet with "[Animal Instinct]" will help you [Rush] from enemy groups to enemy groups to maintain the carnage and energy returns.

Why do i call it Ninja Nukes? well for those of you not aware, if you set your energy color to black in the old days it made your abilities invisible, now it makes it hard to see, but you see a little darkness mist effect. but most players don't notice this due to their settings or whatever, so they just see death o.o silent ninja death!!! all around them and have no idea what's killing them lol also its easier on my eyes, I'm going blind with all the particle effects xD
