This build is made around Cascadia Flare.
Secondary Merciless in Steelpath with the [Nukor] takes too long to build up and gives less damage.
With such high status and heat damage you build up Cascadia Flare instantly and this weapon absolutely shreds.

Even with it's low crit chance, crit mods are still worth the slots with its insane crit multiplier
