Can put whatever in the Exilus slot, including [Repair Dispensary]. I'd have included it, but this site doesn't seem to support it. Actual Dispensary duration is a bit over 19 seconds, just long enough for 3 full drop cycles. Arcane [Guardian] can be swapped for something else. Will need another Forma to max the mods, however, my actual [Frost] ingame has a different setup than this due to poor advice leading to poor use of Forma.

This [Frost] will be able to do ALL of the following: The usual CC, objective defense, and with the recent buffs, full armor stripping, as well as healing, energy gen, ammo gen, and with [Repair Dispensary], sentinel revival.
