Flash Frost - with +110% Parkour Velocity and 92% passive AoE slow, feels like you're the Flash and Mr. Freeze combined.
The king of Mobile Defense and Excavation game modes, [Frost] with his Snow Globe is the best defensive shield in the game. However, base [Frost] has a difficult time keeping enemies outside his bubble. The [Chilling Globe] augment's 50% chance to freeze is too unreliable. The [Ice Wave Impedance] augment is only a 75% slow and Corpus nullifiers instantly destroy the ice field.
To fix this issue, this build uses Helminth subsumed Gloom (from [Sevagoth]) for a potential 95% slow with 360° coverage, allowing [Frost] to easily pick off nearby enemies before they get too close. Using Molt [Vigor] and Madurai's Sling Strength, this build has 263% power strength for a 92% slow from Gloom. Ice Wave was replaced, as it was the most similar ability, and keeping Freeze was mandatory for removing old Snow Globes.
Avalanche will strip 100% armor and apply 6 Cold status procs, for a 50% slow after unfreezing, stacking with Gloom. [Icy Avalanche] gives some survivability outside Snow Globe while also protecting Frost and his allies from status effects (including self-stagger with explosive weapons).
Arcane Consequence gives 60% parkour velocity, incredible speed for map traversal rivaling [Gauss], [Volt], and [Wukong]. Pair with the [Praedos] melee weapon for an additional 50% Bullet Jump speed, totaling +110%. This makes traveling between Mobile Defense objects or Excavators a breeze.
Only 1 Forma is required, making this build relatively light on investment (not counting [Sevagoth] subsume, as it is good on many frames). Aura is replaceable with [Physique] if you do not have [Stand United]. If you're willing to use an extra Forma for another Aura polarity, then [Holster Amp], [Enemy Radar], or [Rifle Scavenger] are all great alternatives.
