The vast majority of my builds are designed to help others, but are also designed for me as reference points to know how I want to build my weapons. And I'm aware that the simulacrum exists, but unlike most of you that will give me shit in the comments, I have a life outside of this game. So this is what. I use when I'm not playing. I'M FULLY AWARE THERE ARE BETTER BUILDS FOR THINGS LIKE STEEL PATH, LEAVE IT ALONE!
[Volt Prime], one of the hardest prime frames to get in the game outside of prime resurgence. Because the only other way to get a hold of him is from Baro. Plus I would rather spend my ducats on primed mods than the relics for his parts. When he isn't in the current prime resurgence rotation that is. But if you are willing to wait multiple months for ducat and credit farming to get his parts after he gets out of rotation or re-vaulted, I wish you luck.
This is a build more or less designed for massive chaining to enemies with discharge as a nuke build with molt [Vigor] as a supplement. For this kind of build in particular, you WILL need range, strength, and duration, so negative efficiency isn't really too much of an issue with a massive energy tank of 850. Plus you could just use energy pizzas instead.
The gimmick of [Archon Stretch] with energy regeneration from abilities that have electricity damage, with [Volt], thats his whole kit. The fact that discharge chains to enemies and can proc electricity multiple times, you will barely have to worry about ability efficiency because you'll always get your energy back after each ability cast.
In terms of archon shards, I have one amber tau forged for casting speed. Two crimson shards, one for duration and one for strength. The one is a tau forged azure shard for health.

Keep in mind that this is how I build MY weapon's an warframe's, they work really well for me, so if you are one of those people that is going to to go into the comments and give me shit is to how I play the game, I will kindly ask you to put a tooth pick under your toenail and kick a wall. JOKINGLY OF COURSE.
If you do decide to follow my builds don't get butthurt if your numbers aren't the same, all the riven's are the ones that "I have rolled" so don't psyche yourself out if you don't get a riven that is a good as the ones in my builds.
Be sure to take a look at my other builds. I also recommend looking at the vault status of all prime variants in the second link below. If you want information on the quests and the requirements, I recommend looking on the actual Warframe website under the game dropbox to look at the warframe profile videos as well as looking at the quest guide and the faction types. Click the third link below if you are interested.
