Can switch out [Streamline] for [Flow] or [Primed Flow]
If switching out [Streamline], then put [Fleeting Expertise] to 5

If you're a little richer, then you can replace both [Intensify] and [Vitality] with their umbral variants, though this will mean that you need to use an
umbral forma on either of the two umbral slots.
