If you are running the Zenurik focus school with Molt [Vigor] and [Growing Power] active you are just barely under 400 Strength. This means your 4th ability can nuke a room, your second ability can clear hallways, or you can setup a very strong snow globe and pull enemies into it, and also killing lower level enemies with a good chance of them dropping energy orbs. I put off building this frame for a long time because people talk like he's only good for defense missions and slow at those, and I now realize those people just didn't know what they were doing.
