Equal TTK , Higher KPS , Faster Aim Ring Depletion Alternative

This is an equally viable alternative to my other [Regulators Prime] Build. It has about the same TTK (Time to Kill), but with a much faster KPS (Kill Per Second) which really shines around weaker enemies, but the tradeoff is your aiming ring will shrink MUCH faster with this one for the same amount of damage put out. I would say if you're a player who like to sit in Peacemaker mode for longer then use the other build, if your play style is more in and out of Peacemaker mode frequently, then use this one.

I was using [Scorch] to get the status up, but turns out [Hornet Strike] is better despite only the 18% status chance. Now you can run [Scorch] instead of PHC for a lower investment build, but turns out the higher status still doesn't kill faster than the higher heat damage of PHC.

The way this works is even though you're losing Viral which doubles the effectiveness of your Heat procs from a common Viral + Heat build, you only need 1 viral proc to gain the effects, and further procs that apply more Viral instead of more Heat is a loss of DPS. We have 3.9 MS giving us 3 shots with a 90% chance of a 4th shot for each time the gun fires, and each of those have 18%, so MS, high fire rate, and only focusing on one status is making up the slack for low Status chance here. We can also move the viral to a primer companion or subsume Nourish on [Mesa].

Also, if you're running a Panzer Vulp this will absolutely be better since you wont be missing the Viral stacks anymore.... though there are synergies you could use for the other to make up for the lower fire rate of the other build also, so it's nice to have options depending on what you have, and how you like to play.

All testing is done with my [Mesa] build without any other synergies, buffs, pets, or whatever.
