This build is based entirely around Razorwing and its Augment mod Razorwing Blitz and is capable of maintaining flight form for 6 minutes without anything to kill/energy drops.

Firstly, the Focus School: Madurai. Why?
1. Sling Strength gets us up to 250% Strength for Razorwing. This ability snapshots so once you're in Razorwing, you're good.
2. Void strike and Void Fuel will help us deal with ammo issues in boss encounters with no trash to proc Pistoleer. And hey, what's an extra 1000% damage amongst frenemies?
3. Power Transfer, Contamination Wave, & Distilled Contamination are great operator boons to go along with Unairu's Last gasp waybound passive in the event that Malice has us shoot ourselves in the face in Steel path.. #notsalty

Second, Lantern requires range which this build is not. This is replaced with [Xata]'s Whisper for two reasons.
1. Extra damage... Which is Void damage... Sorrynotsorry Sentients
2. Void status procs a micro magnetize. See a bubble on someone? Aim over their head and get free Pistoleer procs.

Third, [Razorwing Blitz] Boosts our movement speed and, more notably, our fire rate on a 1:1 scale to power strength. This moves our base fire rate on the [Dex Pixia Prime] up to 14.575 from 5.83(23.325 with [Lethal Torrent]) and our base move up to 2.5.. Yes, you will be moving faster than most Warframes can sprint by just holding 'W' (and in 3 dimensions). Just don't sprint else you'll get to see what the outside of the map looks like. To keep [Razorwing Blitz] active we'll be keeping both Spellbind & [Xata]'s Whisper active.

Finally, Razorwing Benefits from "Reduced damage by X% when Airborn" Mods. We'll be using 4 of them. Yes, 4. DR caps out at 90% so keep that in mind.
There are a few ways we can go about this, but I'm a sucker for aesthetics so I personally run full Boreal's. Note, if you're stingy with your Forma, you can leave the [Boreal's Anguish] unranked as you'll get the bonus regardless.
