So here I have the ultimate Nuke build for VOLT!
High range and decent strength.

Lets go over volt's abilites:
Passive- when volt moves around he builds up electricity damage thats used up in the next shot (Capped at 1000)
1. Shock - Volt will shoot out a electricity beam that stuns enemies
2. Speed - It boosts Volt's and allies Speed ( Volt speed build: https://overframe.gg/build/310352/)
3. Electric Shield- A shield that blocks incoming damage and deals more critical damage when shot through
4. Discharge- A massive Tesla coil XD

This build focuses on his 4rth ability which is best for ESO/SO Focus farming.
