Use as normal, you can use normal [Vitality] in the place of [Umbral Vitality] if you leave the Vazarin polarity on that slot. I would reccomend replacing that with [Umbral Vitality] as show in the build ASAP since it buffs your [Umbral Intensify].

Depending on the mission, [Regenerative Molt] can be swapped for [Venom Dose] to give corrosive damage to your spores or [Contagion Cloud] for maximum AOE melee memes
