A good balance build for range and duration. You don't need forma or a reactor for this one. Build her and place these mods on her and go act tough ... don't forget the mandachord.
You'll want to build her for Range, Duration, or Strength (not really needed) without nerfing the other stats. This will be a recurring theme as we build her out.

[Augur Message] and [Continuity] for Duration.
[Streamline] for Efficiency.
[Vitality] for Health.
[Flow] for Energy.
[Stretch] for Range.
[Energy Siphon] is there to get you used to using her and generating energy. It's a mod you'll want to switch out as you get used to using her.

Continuity, Streamline, and Flow will be the must have basis for her.

Your variations:

• Swap Augur Message for Augur Reach (Range) or Augur Secrets (Strength).

• Swap Flow for Primed Flow (Energy) and Vitality for Augur Reach (Range).

• When ready, swap [Energy Siphon] for Enemy Radar. This will let you know where the enemy is and gives you a better idea to place your skills for moar damage.
