Octavia without Forma

A good investment for that Reactor and Exhilis. You still don't need a Forma for her. She's that good.

[Augur Message] and [Continuity] for Duration.
[Intensify] for Strength.
[Augur Reach] and [Stretch] for Range.
[Vitality] for Health.
[Flow] for Energy.
[Streamline] for Efficiency.
Enemy Radar because you should be able to use her abilities well enough to not need the Energy Siphon.

Your variations:

Swap Power Drift for Cunning Drift (Range) anytime.
Intensify for Constitution (Duration).
Swap Vitality for a rank 5 Narrow Minded (Duration) and Streamline for Constitution (Duration) and the Cunning Drift swap.
Swap Intensify for Partitioned Mallet (double mallet, half range) and the Cunning Drift swap.
Swap Cunning Drift for Conductor (mallet command) and Intensify for Constitution (Duration).
Remove the Exhilis mod and swap [Vitality] for [Umbral Vitality] and [Continuity] for [Primed Continuity] and [Intensify] for Umbral Intensify and Flow for Primed Flow and remove Augur Message. You will have 2 slots not filled. Deal with it. It's better.
