Magnetic as the inherent element gives this Plasmor the most flexibility and versatility. This thing hates everybody.

Primed Charge Shell is left as a flex mod so you can choose if you want corrosive or Viral via the primed element mod, and you can swap things around to optimize what elements you have with great flexiblity.

Primary Merciless is ideal for the reload speed.

Rivens for this thing are universally terrible thanks to the disposition, dont bother unless you already have an incredible one. Do note that even a slightly unoptimal riven is a dps loss.
