This wisp build is designed to be used in combination with other weapons like the Dokrahm ( https://overframe.gg/build/214416/ )
This combination allows for damage numbers up to 2bill (Explanation in the [Dokrahm] build )
Othewise said this is a fairly survivable and DPS Boosting frame
By proccing Eclipse at this ability strength it gives a 5.22x Damage bonus to a weapon
If you have a larger group of enemies in an area use Breach surge to make the enemies take another 7x Damage
