Sleepy time

I prioritised range over duration because I feel it's more useful. Energize is for extra energy, strike is so you get more melee attack speed when killing large groups of enemies. I also recommend you run Zenurik energising dash.

With an affinity booster I can max out any melee in a single run on Adaro, Sedna in normal star chart. I'm MR16, so when it comes to weapons I'll put on [Primed Pressure Point], then if it fits an attack speed mod like [Quickening] and then finisher damage.

This is also assuming you do intend to do finishers. If your weapon is decent then to speed up the run you can simply do normal attacks on sleeping enemies. You may want to mod for more strength to increase the [Pain Threshold] of the slept enemies, and then you'll be able to complete the run much quicker, though most likely with less consistent stealth multipliers. Generally I only run this on my second run when maxing a melee without an affinity booster, though in theory you should be able to do 2 runs with normal attacks on the same weapon and still max it out by the end of the two runs.

While I don't remember my fasted run time, I was grinding mastery recently because I needed MR16 for a riven and I consistently completed them in under 10 minutes, with the last couple runs only lasting 7-8 minutes.
