Literally Completely Invincible Oberon Prime

I don't feel like dying, and neither do your teammates, and probably neither do you. Thankfully, our favourite goatlord is here to keep us standing.

This utilizes a very simple loop. Getting hit gives us energy, which fuels Quick Thinking, which prevents us from dying at 2 HP. While we are staggered while not-dying at 2 HP, our Renewal puts us at not 2 HP, which lets [Hunter Adrenaline] give us more energy, which lets [Quick Thinking] save our bacon, which lets Renewal put us above 2 HP, which lets us take more damage to get more energy... rinse and repeat. [Primed Flow] is there to give us a bigger energy pool to use as backup health, which makes the loop smoother and less likely to bug out.

You are very close to completely invincible with this build, and the good news is all your friends are only slightly less invincible. We reinforce our nigh-invulnerability with a classy defensive Umbral setup; if you're feeling spicy feel free to drop Fibre for [Intensify]. I prefer being stupidly difficult to kill, however.

Oh no, you somehow died! This was probably due to either a weird bug (there are a lot of those...), a Nullifier cancelling your Renewal, or the enemy shooting you faster than the loop could keep up. It's a shame, but it happens. GOOD THING YOU'VE GOT [Phoenix Renewal]! This handy augment gives you an extra life every so often; ranking it up only increases the amount of health you respawn with from "Garbage" to "Pathetic", and we can just heal back to full anyways. Leave it unranked to squeeze in that delicious [Power Drift].

Finally, we throw in a bit of Strength and Efficiency, because you REALLY don't want to run out of Renewal [Juice], and every person under your protection drains it a bit faster; we've sacrificed a bit of Duration for Strength, which will drain your energy a bit faster, so make sure you just stand there and get shot every so often. The Strength is for making your heals healier and your armor buff buffier, and your armor strip strippier. We're not going to be as good at it as other builds, but that's fine, since we'll outlast them to the bitter end.

Arcanes are pretty standard. [Guardian] is real fucking good and helps make us even MORE invincible, if you can even believe that. Energize is... not all that necessary, actually. Our energy economy is pretty good, but Energize is pretty much always good so I just threw it on there. Feel free to swap it out if you're not absolutely goddamn loaded with plat, or just prefer something else.

[Corrosive Projection] is the best aura 90% of the time. Otherwise, I guess you could use Growing Power? You can proc status very easily using a slash-proc stance on a melee weapon, or just doinking someone with your 1.

FUN OBERON TIPZ

Your 1 is almost completely useless. The primary target you hit with it is auto-Confused, which is useful for turning heavy gunners and other big units against their allies, but is generally not worth the energy or casting time.

Your Renewal is not a healing aura. It is an invisible, immobile circular carpet you place around yourself when you cast your 3. People have to go touch it briefly to gain the Renewal buff, which will then stick to them until you turn Renewal off, or they die, or they jump in a pit, or they go hug a Nullifier. Don't do that, and if your teammates do that, tell them you're not mad, just disappointed. Yes, this ability works incredibly stupidly, and no, DE will not change it to make sense.

Allies who stand on your Hallowed Ground (that's your 2, the plant one) while under the effects of Renewal gain a nifty armour buff. This will make them less likely to die. Also, you can get this buff too, so make sure to start a mission off by turning on Renewal, then throwing down Hallowed Ground, and then run though the plants. Then you're good to go!

Reckoning, your 4, is like a shittier [Rhino] Stomp. If enemies are standing on your Hallowed Ground when they get 4'd, they lose some armour, but not enough for this to ever really be relevant. Your 4 is pretty much exclusively a panic button for emergency CC.

As previously mentioned, each person being Renewed costs you more energy per second. This counts every single one of an allied [Nekros]' dumb shadows. This will PROBABLY kill you instantly. Hide from [Nekros] shadows, Do not group with [Nekros] players, do not respond to [Nekros] posts.
