Paladins, the lawful-good trust fund god squad posterkids of any adventuring party. When making a paladin in D&D5e, there's often two ways to go, either smite-first-cast-speak-with-dead-later, or build towards a more supportive, defensive frontliner who buffs and protects allies - while still being able to smite some foes in a pinch. I wanted to try and capture the latter feeling with this build, and somewhere along the way I made a monster. This goat cannot be killed in a way that matters. He is eternal. He is unyielding. He is the cliff upon which a steady tide of enemies breaks, indomitable and imposing. He also has like, 25000+ effective health with Elemental Ward set to heat... So yeah. Want to support your allies with healing and buffs? Want to resurrect them in times of crisis and be a shining beacon of hope for the forces of good in the system? Just want to go apesh*t and never f**king die again? Go goat.
