Gameplay:
Strangledome is your salvation. Always keep strangledome up so most mobs won't be able to [Reach] you.
While inside the dome, try to always keep Dispensary up to feed you energy for your Arcane Energize to proc and keep you with satisfiable energy. Dispensary will also heal you as the only protection you have is Strangledome, not a shield. Now keep using Whipclaw to hit enemies, the more the better, so you can increase your combo count and accumulate damage with whipclaw.
At 12x 350% you should be causing 1,5M damage against non-protected infested enemies. Most enemies won't survive this.
If you got a notably strong enemy ahead, Ensnare it, so whipclaw will cause 2x damage against it.

Note that replacing [Venari] skill won't actually remove the cat from gameplay, just the skill to command him, so you'll be able to keep two pets anyway.
