This is an ultimate lockdown build, between Proteas shield grenades and your max slow, enormous range Gloom - you will not die.

You may be wondering, how is Gloom capped with only 119% Power str? Well, you may only be modded for 119% - but once you are in game you can use a combination of either a [Nidus] specter for a 28% multiplicative power str increase which equates to 33% in this case ( 1.28x 119% ); or the Power Drain parazon mod which adds 50% str to your next cast after a parazon kill - in conjunction with [Growing Power] adding 25% power str upon proccing status, and Proteas passive ability of every fourth cast having +100% power str and you easily hit the 272% minimum you need in order to cap Gloom at 95% slow.

All of this combined with 235% range and infinite energy from dispensary + Arcane Energize, and you have yourself an endless wall of slowed suffering for your enemies, not to mention this build requires no forma. You can of course make it better by polarizing enough slots to fit Primed Sure Footed in the exilus slot, play around with swapping out stretch for something else, etc. - enjoy.
