8+ mill burst dps detron with arcanes, riven, and wukong

This is purely for index with wukongs twin. So technically this is a 2.3 mil burst dps and insane dmg in general. I also pair this with arcane precision and velocity for even more insane damage to about 6-8mil. You could go with avenger instead of velocity but honestly its not needed. The extra fire rate greatly increases dps damage.
